Tickets are available to be collected from a large proportion of our stations as Ticket on Departure.
We require at least 5 working days for the postage of tickets.
Overseas visitors to Scotland can book their tickets online or via our call centre on +441 752 675670, in advance of travel on ScotRail trains. The new facility accepts overseas payment cards, with tickets collected at train stations on arrival in Scotland.
No cheques accepted
We also offer a next day delivery service for customers. This is a premium service with a £5 charge applied for it's use.
